GENERAL

A responsible attitude to the environment is becoming increasingly important. This is reflected in the high costs for the disposal of construction and demolition waste. This waste separator enables you to recycle up to 99% of your construction and demolition waste as raw materials for road buildings and the concrete industry, among others.

Working method

  • The waste separator can be fitted above a screen which first separates the large-scale waste from the fine waste.
  • A suction installation integrated in a moving gauze belt then separates the waste according to the ratio of surface to weight. The materials that need to be separated can be adjusted.  For example, in recycling process wood, plastic, textile, paper and insulated materials can be separated.
  • The suction principle is a dry system.  This means that it does not generate any sludge or similar.
  • A system to protect against the formation of dust can be supplied in order to enhance the working comfort of the operators.
  • The waste separator required very little maintenance thanks to the use of high quality materials such as stainless steel and manganese steel.
  • A wide waste separator, type 400 is also available.  It has a larger capacity with more possibilities for specifying the waste separation.
